Question 1

What is NYC Drivers?

Accepted Answer

NYC Drivers is a TLC-licensed luxury black car service based in New York City, operating since 2005. We provide premium airport transfers, corporate travel, and private chauffeur service across New York and 50+ US cities through our affiliate network.

Question 2

What airports do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We cover all major New York area airports — JFK, LaGuardia (LGA), and Newark (EWR) — as well as private terminals including Teterboro (TEB). We also serve airports nationwide including LAX, MIA, ORD, BOS, IAD, and SFO.

Question 3

Do you track flights for airport pickups?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All airport transfers include real-time flight tracking. If your client's flight is delayed or arrives early, the chauffeur adjusts automatically — at no extra charge to you or your client.

Question 4

What vehicles are available to book?

Accepted Answer

Our fleet includes luxury sedans (Mercedes-Benz E/S-Class, BMW 5/7 Series), SUVs (Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator), Mercedes Sprinter vans, electric vehicles (Tesla), exotic cars (Rolls-Royce, Bentley), armoured vehicles, and coach buses.

Question 5

What cities can I book rides in?

Accepted Answer

NYC Drivers covers 50+ US cities and 100+ international destinations through our affiliate network. One account covers all locations — no need to manage multiple vendor relationships.

Question 6

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made within the standard window (typically 2–4 hours before pickup) are generally fee-free. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Please check the specific trip details at the time of booking.

Question 7

Are the drivers licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every NYC Drivers chauffeur is TLC licensed, background-checked, and professionally trained. All vehicles carry $1,500,000 in automobile liability insurance through Lancer Insurance Company of New Jersey.

Question 8

What if my client leaves something in the vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Contact our support team as soon as possible through your Gnet dashboard. While we are not liable for lost items, we make every effort to assist in recovering them.

Question 9

Is support available around the clock?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our dispatch and support team is available 24/7, 365 days a year — for new bookings, last-minute changes, and real-time trip assistance.
