Which airports, ports and stations do you cover?

Accepted Answer

In the UK we cover Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City, the cruise ports at Southampton, Dover and Tilbury, and the main London rail termini. Pick-ups run anywhere in Greater London, and we take coach work across England, Scotland and Wales. In France we cover Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Beauvais, plus Disneyland Paris and La Defense.

How much free waiting time is included on airport arrivals?

Accepted Answer

Sixty minutes free waiting after the aircraft actually lands on European arrivals, and ninety minutes on long haul. We monitor the flight, so a delayed landing moves the pick-up rather than costing you a no-show. After the free period, waiting is charged by the hour and depends on the vehicle: from GBP 45 on an E-Class or saloon, GBP 60 on an S-Class or V-Class, GBP 95 on a Range Rover and GBP 350 on the Phantom.

Do you offer meet and greet?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on all airport and station work. The chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a nameboard, helps with luggage and walks the passenger to the vehicle. Flights are monitored so the driver arrives with the aircraft rather than at the scheduled time. On coach work at the airports the driver meets the group at an agreed point, since coaches cannot use the short-stay areas.

What are your cancellation terms?

Accepted Answer

Transfers and shared shuttles cancel free up to 24 hours before the service. Inside 24 hours, and for coach and multi-day work, terms depend on what has already been committed, so ask us and we will confirm in writing. On French transfers there is a 100 per cent supplement over Christmas and New Year, 24 December 17:00 to 26 December and 31 December 17:00 to 1 January.

What languages do your drivers speak?

English, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish across the fleet. Tell us the group language when you send the job and we will allocate accordingly where we can.

Question 6

Are your published rates net, and what do they include?

Accepted Answer

Rates shown on this profile are net to the trade, in GBP for UK work and EUR for French work, quoted per vehicle unless the service is a shared shuttle priced per person. They include the chauffeur, fuel, mileage within the quoted scope, meet and greet where applicable and the free waiting period. Coach parking, congestion and ULEZ style charges, ferry and tunnel crossings, and driver accommodation on multi-day work are charged on top.

What is the largest vehicle you can supply?

An 85-seat executive double decker with a full underfloor luggage hold, which is the biggest single-vehicle capacity we run. Below that we have 68, 61, 57 and 53-seat touring coaches, 35 and 29-seat midicoaches, 16-seat executive minibuses, 8-seat MPVs, SUVs and executive saloons up to the S-Class, Range Rover and Phantom. For groups larger than 85 we run vehicles in convoy.

Is coach parking included in the price?

Accepted Answer

No. Coach parking at airports, venues and attractions is charged separately and passed on at cost, because the operators set it per visit and it varies a lot between sites. Car and MPV work does not carry this. If you need an all-in figure for a client quote, tell us the pick-up and drop points and we will add the expected parking before you confirm.

Question 9

Can you provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on request. We run adapted vehicles in the UK fleet and rear-ramp wheelchair accessible vehicles in Paris, where WAV rates are published alongside the standard transfer rates. Give us as much notice as you can and tell us the chair type and whether the passenger transfers to a seat, since that decides which vehicle we send. Strollers and service animals are welcome on all services.

Do you supply child and infant seats?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on request and at no extra charge. Tell us the child ages at the time of booking so we fit the right stage of seat, and whether you need more than one, as that can change which vehicle we allocate.
