How do I book a limo with Limo Direct?

Accepted Answer

Booking with us is easy! You can call us directly, email our team, or use our secure online booking system. Just choose your date, time, service type, and vehicle — and we’ll handle the rest.

Question 2

What types of vehicles do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We have a luxurious fleet that includes stretch limousines, sedans, SUVs, Sprinter vans, and party buses. Whether it’s a romantic ride or a group celebration, we have the perfect vehicle for you.

Question 3

Are your chauffeurs professionally trained?

Accepted Answer

Yes — all of our chauffeurs are professionally trained, fully licensed, background-checked, and selected for their customer service excellence. They arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to deliver a top-tier experience.

Question 4

Can I make special requests, like decorations or champagne?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We love going the extra mile. Just let us know what you have in mind — from wedding ribbons to birthday balloons or a chilled bottle of bubbly — and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Question 5

What happens if my event runs longer than expected?

Accepted Answer

No problem — we offer flexible overtime rates. If your event goes longer, your chauffeur will stay with you as long as needed, and additional charges can be settled after the ride.

Question 6

Can I bring food or drinks in the limo?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can! Beverages and light snacks are allowed, and BYOB is permitted on party buses and limos for guests of legal drinking age. We just ask that you treat the vehicle with care and respect.

Question 7

Is there a minimum rental time for limo services?

Accepted Answer

Yes, most services have a 2–3 hour minimum, especially for events like weddings or parties. However, airport transfers and point-to-point services may vary — feel free to ask us for a quote.

Question 8

Do you provide airport meet-and-greet service?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer both curbside and meet-and-greet options. Our chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal with a sign, assist with luggage, and escort you to your vehicle.

Question 9

Do you offer service packages or group discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer custom packages for weddings, wine tours, proms, and other group events. If you're booking multiple vehicles or planning something big, let us know — we’ll create a tailored offer.

Question 10

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We understand plans can change. Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are typically eligible for a refund or credit. Closer to the event, fees may apply. Please contact us for details specific to your booking.
