How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute requests are accepted subject to availability, so contact us directly.

How long will the chauffeur wait at the airport?

60 minutes of free waiting time are included for airport pick-ups, calculated from the actual landing time. We track every flight.

Where will the chauffeur meet my client?

In the arrivals hall, holding a name sign. With our Premium Greeter Service, the meeting takes place directly at the aircraft exit.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. [Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.]

Do you provide child seats?

Which languages do your chauffeurs speak?

French and English as standard. Dutch, Spanish and Arabic on request.

How can I pay?
