ecoLimos is a private chauffeur service based in Hamburg, working with executives and private clients and with the people who arrange travel on their behalf.
What we protect is the passenger's time. The car is a quiet place to take a call, review a document or rest between meetings, and the chauffeur is briefed before the pickup so that nothing has to be explained twice. Silence is the default, and conversation is there if the passenger wants it.
The standard starts with the chauffeur. Each one is personally selected and assessed before their first journey: at least five years driving corporate and private clients, an in-person interview, and a practical test drive in the car they will actually be driving. All are multilingual and speak English.
For partners, that means a passenger handed to us is looked after to the standard you would expect of your own service, with one point of contact throughout. Rates, waiting time, cancellation terms and billing are agreed with each partner before the first journey.
