For over 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading people in high-stakes, deeply human environments. And across all of it, one truth has never changed: people remember how you make them feel.

Founded 2025. Authority and insurance. Colorado PUC LL-04689. $1.5M automobile liability, $5M general liability. Certificate of insurance on request, before the first trip. We run our own work. More than 1,600 of our first 2,500 trips were driven by Arion chauffeurs in Arion vehicles. 2,500+ completed trips, 10,556 passengers, 579,878 miles, zero accidents. 51% of our clients return, and 79% of revenue comes from someone who has ridden with us before. When we can't cover a date or don't own the vehicle, the trip goes to a certified partner who has signed our manual and passed our 75-question exam — and we'll tell you which carrier is on the reservation before it runs. Terms for operators and DNCs. Affiliate rates are all-in and negotiated up front — one number, agreed in writing, no surcharge stack added afterward. Payment is due on trip completion. Certified partners receive priority booking and weekly payout terms, with payouts typically landing within 48 hours. Dispatch. Staffed 24 hours a day, every day, for any trip on our books — in progress, tomorrow morning or next month. You reach a person, not a voicemail box. New requests are confirmed or declined in writing within 60 minutes between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Mountain; after hours, call (970) 703-4995 (a $75 rush fee applies to new after-hours bookings). Flight delays are monitored on our side and a disrupted flight is never cancelled on our own initiative. Client protection runs both directions. When we drive for you, we represent you. Your passenger hears your company name — no Arion cards, no branding in the cabin, no marketing handed to your client, no follow-up from us after the trip. Every Arion chauffeur and certified partner driver is bound to that standard in our manual.
