Question 1

What is included in the Airport Meet & Greet?

Accepted Answer

Our premium Meet & Greet service includes your chauffeur waiting at the arrivals terminal with a personalized name sign, assistance with your luggage, and real-time flight tracking to ensure we are there exactly when you land.

Question 2

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling. You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time for most vehicle classes.

Question 3

Are your chauffeurs and vehicles TLC licensed?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. 3M Limo is fully licensed and insured by the NYC Taxi & Limousine Commission. Every chauffeur undergoes rigorous background checks and government vetting for your safety.

Question 4

Can I pick the vehicle I want?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that's part of the booking. Executive sedans, luxury SUVs, stretch limos, Sprinters, mini buses, armored vehicles — they're all available to choose from. If the choice isn't obvious based on your group size or the occasion, just ask before you confirm. We'd rather point you toward the right vehicle than have you show up to a six-person pickup in a three-seat sedan.

Question 5

What if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

We pull up your flight the moment you book. Delays, gate changes, early arrivals — we see it before most passengers do. Your chauffeur shifts accordingly. You don't make a single call, nothing gets billed differently, and your car is waiting when you come through arrivals. That's just how it works with us.

Question 6

Can I book a last-minute ride with 3M Limo?

Accepted Answer

We get these calls all the time. A flight lands early, a meeting runs late, plans change — it happens. Our team is reachable day and night, every day of the year. Same-day bookings get the same vehicle and the same driver standards as anything planned days in advance.
